Suzanne Padovani

Suzanne is Global Lead Performance Effectiveness, Talent & OD at Lonza, a Swiss biopharmaceutical/chemical manufacturing multinational.  Based in Switzerland at their global Headquarters, Suzanne is currently working on multiple global change initiatives as well as increasing manager and leader effectiveness. Previous to this, she was Senior Director of International Organisation Development & Effectiveness at Celgene, an American-owned biopharmaceutical multinational. Here, Suzanne established the EMEA and APAC OD&E function from scratch, spearheading global projects such as employee engagement, culture and values and leadership development as well as providing internal consulting and OD&E interventions, tailored to a multi-country region across EMEA and APAC.

Prior to this, Suzanne’s earlier career spans project management, recruitment outsourcing, training, HR management and HR consultancy for a variety of Swiss based affiliates or European HQ in industries such as software engineering, internet and communications, pension fund consulting and heathcare.

Suzanne has a Masters Degree in Human Resource Development from Webster University, Geneva, the CIPD Advanced Award in Organisation Development & Design as well as having completed the NTL Institute for Applied Behavioural Science OD Practitioner’s Certificate program.
