Global OD Matters Podcast and Dialogues

In partnership with OD Network, we’re pleased to present the Global OD Matters Podcast and Dialogues series.

The 2020 OD Network awards ceremony provided in an insight into diverse OD practices from across the world. Participants who attended the awards were inspired by the insights into the impact OD is having across many different continents. We also gained an opportunity to learn more about OD practices, programmes and interventions in different countries.

We are following the energy of the awards and exploring further. We are convening a series of Global Conversations with OD practitioners across the world. Our first series will be a test cycle underpinned by action research which will help us explore the emerging themes and evaluate if global dialogues are of value in our OD community.

Each dialogue will focus on a different part of the world and a different OD practitioner(s). Each conversation will be presented as an audio podcast, which people will be able to listen to at their own pace. After the podcast is released, we will convene a virtual session to discuss together and more widely the learning and insights which we are all gaining from this global connection.
