I believe in the power of which of us have in making the world a better place, starting with us.

I have worked for Centre for Development in Management (CDM) Foundation, Romania as consultant and, since 1997 as Executive Director.

My contribution as an OD person is in helping people to release and value their potential in their daily life, professional or not. I feel that this profession helped me to know me better, to respect others and myself. And to be a better father, and a better husband.

That’s why I love my work – I feel that the OD lens in conversations with people are effective – on me and other people and organisations.
