Gwen Stirling-Wilkie

Gwen is an experienced consultant who has run an independent consulting business for 20 years. Supporting and developing leaders in organisations with Organisation Development consultancy, strategic leadership development, transformation and culture change. She works with senior leaders and their teams to sense-make; gain insight and alignment; generating action for themselves and others to bring strategic intent to life.
She has a wide range of consulting experience within many different business sectors, global companies, and the public sector. Prior to consultancy she held senior level roles in commercial and charitable organisations, leading and improving performance through periods of transformation and change.
She is active in developing OD and system transformation skills within business leaders, and system transformation leaders within the NHS, and is an advocate for OD skills to become part of every leader’s repertoire irrespective of their functional roles.
Her work is relational and dialogue based, holding humanistic and participatory principles at the heart. Working across all levels of the system with a specific focus on intact senior leadership teams, she has pioneered a number of ‘working live’ approaches to blend and accelerate individual and team development whilst delivering key business outcomes.
Gwen continues to focus on her own personal and professional development, recently completing the NTL T Group facilitation programme and embarking on a Diploma in Organisational Gestalt. Her existing qualifications are: MBA, MSc, NTL OD Programme, Advanced Ecological Constellations, NLP Master Practitioner + Coach. She is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a liveryman at the Worshipful Company of Management Consultants.
