Steve is an independent Organisational Development, Leadership and Change consultant. He is an associate at Roffey Park, where he spent four and a half years working on, amongst other things, the launch of the Digital Leadership Programme and also Organisation Design in Practice, and remains on the faculty of Roffey Park’s Organisational Development Practitioners Programme.
His specific areas of focus are Modern Leadership (namely leadership that recognizes and is informed by impact of emerging technology), Organisational change & transformation (including culture) and practitioner development. Along side that, he views these as connected challenges for leadership and management, rather than discrete areas of practice, and is this informs his interest in collaborations across the boundaries of ‘Organisational Development, ‘Change’, ‘Organisational Design’ etc.
A self-confessed coffee-nerd, he lives in Brighton with his family and a neglected allotment.
