David Nicholson

David has spent over twenty years supporting people and organisations, helping people through reflective practice to build deeper relationships and encourage different conversations so that people and teams see beyond their own view of the world and can better explore different possibilities.

He has worked internationally as an internal practitioner and an external consultant, across a range of sectors including engineering, financial services, manufacturing, and education. He’s a director at Levati, an OD and Leadership Development consultancy firm, and also holds a board position with Unlimited Theatre, an international arts organisation.

He lives in Lancashire in the North West of England with his family and two unruly dogs.
