Community Gathering – ODNE Organisational constellation facilitators in OD

Following on from our founding session at the last ODNE Conference and second meeting in May, we are pleased to invite you to the next Organisational Constellations in Organisational Development group meeting on June 17 from 17:00 – 18.30 CET.
This group is for OD professionals to find out more about this innovative tool, or if already implementing it, will give you a space for exchange and reflection.
Organisational Constellations – a way to visualise systems in a clear and simple way.
Systemic constellations offer the possibility to quickly gain additional information on elements of an organisational system, issue or challenge. They reveal the underlying dynamics and patterns that both limit and strengthen leaders, teams and whole organisations and by reducing complexity enable you to identify the dynamics causing tension or holding the organisation back.
