ODN Europe Book Club – TOXIC: a guide to rebuilding respect and tolerance in a hostile workplace

November 25, 2021 @ 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Clive Lewis. Clive Lewis OBE DL, Founder and Chief Executive of Globis Mediation Group

Clive’s most recent book TOXIC: a guide to rebuilding respect and tolerance in a hostile workplace, was published in the UK, US and Australia by Bloomsbury in February 2021.
Drawing upon his extensive experience of business psychology, mediation and conflict resolution, Clive offers an astute examination of the symptoms, causes and ramifications of the toxic workplace. The book provides pragmatic advice for recognising the signs that a workplace is toxic, and how to reduce toxicity and enhance respect and inclusion.
