ODN Europe New to the Field Gathering: Continuing our Learning and Growing our Community

Are you New to Organisation Development and looking for somewhere to learn, share and grow?

Why not join us at the ODN Europe New to Field (NTF) Community Session?

The NTF community will give you a chance to meet a variety of people who are also new to the field, transitioning into OD and building their OD lens.

The afternoon will be facilitated by Shelly Hossain, who is one of the Co-Chairs of ODN Europe and also leads the professional practice portfolio. Shelly will be joined by Nicola Baines from Berkshire Consultancy. Nicola will share her own story of growing and moving into the OD space.

There will be opportunity to get support and challenge on current work matters as well as to learn about the origins of OD and the OD Consultancy Cycle.

Please feel to bring lunch to the venue.
