ODNE London and South East Gathering

You are all warmly invited to our forthcoming ODNE – London & the South East gathering, which will be at the slightly revised time of 1-3pm BST on Fri 25th June 2021.
The theme of belonging continues into our gathering on 25 June. One of our L&SE community, Sharon Green, suggested we explore gender. Sharon was inspired by reading Caroline Criado-Perez’s book ‘Invisible Women: exposing data bias in a world designed for men’. In our gathering we will initially hear from Sharon and Julian sharing their reflections from reading this book, and the impact it had on each of them. We will then begin to explore, mainly in small groups, how we might build awareness, curiosity, greater visibility, voice and belonging in the organisations and groups we work with? How might this inform our practice as OD Practitioners or allied professionals?

The idea for the ODNE-L&SE group came into being at the second ODNE conference but we are a mix of ODNE and non-ODNE members. We hope many of you will wish to join our gathering on 25th June – irrespective of where you based, gender and OD experience.
