ODNE London & South East gathering- Doing OD in a World on Fire!

If we accept what Peter Block says about OD, that “…our work needs to be a response to the world, not just an interest in our own technology”, what are we noticing and what are we doing? Is there a relationship between the two? Is something else possible? As we prepare to move into a ‘new term’ we thought we could do a bit of OD on ourselves and, inspired by Ola (Odumosu) Lagunju’s three super questions about conversations, ask ourselves:
- What kind of OD are we doing now?
- What kind of OD do we never do but wish we were doing?
- What kind of OD could we be doing?
And, having revealed our intentions, who in the room or the wider network might help us with where we want to be?
