ODNE *New* Sussex Connect Group

This is the first meet up of the East and West Sussex ODNE Connect Group, which was founded on the simple idea of connecting with like-minded OD Practitioners who want to share their experiences and learn from each other. This is an opportunity to connect, to challenge our own thinking, to learn, and to laugh.

How does OD respond to the axial shift happening in organisations?
For our first meet up, we are focusing on the theme of ‘raising our game’, inspired by Otto Scharmer’s idea that as OD Practitioners we need to bend the beam back on ourselves to see how we might be contributing to the problems that leaders are facing in organisations.
