WG: Community Gathering – ODNE Organisational constellation facilitators in OD

The Art of Organisational Constellations
We are pleased to announce that the next community gathering of Organisational Constellations in Organisational Development will take place on 19 November from 16:00 – 17.30 GMT.
In this meeting we will explore the question:
“What’s now emerging in the field of OD and
how may this affect my role now and in the future?”
This will be a participative session where each person will be able to independently explore this question by creating a constellation map using the 3D software ProReal in your own private space.
Afterwards there will be an opportunity to explore some of the systemic principles which may influence your own role and to discuss your own insights from the exercise in small groups.
This group is for OD professionals interested in this innovative process, where you will experience a warm, inviting space for learning, exchange and reflection.
Systemic constellations visualise systems in a clear and simple way, offering the possibility to quickly gain important information on elements of an organisational system, issue, or challenge, revealing the underlying dynamics and patterns that both limit and strengthen leaders, teams and whole organisations.
Who we are
Katrina Barry is a systemic consultant and coach passionate about supporting individuals and organisations to reach their highest potential. Based in Germany she is also Chair of infosyon the international association for system constellations in organisations.
Zena is a systemic leadership consultant and coach who works with execs and their teams in identifying the disruptive patterns in their teams and culture and supports them to unlock their potential and if necessary, bring the system back to health.
She also trains and coaches OD consultants and coaches who are sick of working with narcissistic cultures, by providing them with creative practices to find their unique niche and make a difference.
