Following on from our taster session at the last ODNE conference, we are delighted to invite you to join us on this special session for ODNE members (and guests) around our newly developed True-Colours Phenomenon.

Over the past 12 months, we have been on a quest to find an appreciative reframe for the imposter syndrome which is a well-known phenomenon. The IS indicates feelings and experiences many of us have had or experienced. Grounded in the Appreciative Inquiry poetic principle which states that “what we focus on grows” we started with a simple, yet powerful question “What do we want to have or experience more of instead of the IS?”. Out of that, our True-Colours Phenomenon has emerged and crystalised…

In this session, we will share more about the phenomenon, its attributes and how to live into our True-Colours. Together, we will also explore our True-Colours as OD and change practitioners and the implications of the phenomenon to teams and larger systems.

Our Bio

Vivien Hau & David Shaked are both OD practitioners with passion and interest in Appreciative Inquiry. Based in the UK and Hong Kong they bring diverse, people-centred and dialogic approaches to OD including positive psychology, strength-based change enablement, etc. In their work they impact different levels of systems – individuals, small & large groups, whole organisations and societies.
