Each of us will be at different stages in our knowledge, learning and contribution to anti racist practice in our work and craft in the field of Organisation Development. These conversations are for all of us. Our work separately and together is to grow in our knowing, doing and being with regards to anti racist practice. The conversations are being hosted by community members who have worked in Diversity and Inclusion as a part of their main stream work. The key item to note is that these are not broad Equality, Diversity and Inclusion conversation. The is work to be done there and on this occasion the focus is on anti racism and associated intersects.

You are welcome to attend multiple sessions to get multiple perspectives and continue to deepen you thinking and practice.  We recognise the challenge of diary space and so we have created multiple session. Please note all times are for British Summer Time (BST).

These conversations are about sharing and discussing what we can do as OD practitioners to support our various client systems to begin or enhance their anti racism work and also how we integrate this orientation into every day practice when we intervene. These conversations are for both internal and external practitioners. It gives us a chance to consider how bold we want to be and at the same time recognise how organisations and leadership might be uncertain how to do this work or how easy it is to loose focus on anti racism when grouping together Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in the same frame. How do we help organisations to know the difference between these frames and stay focused for this purpose.
