Rachel’s passion is making a positive difference in the lives of others by helping people change, whilst continuing to learn and change herself.
She works for the John Lewis Partnership, where she has spent a large part of her career involved in change. In her day job she supports self-organising teams of OD practitioners delivering organisation and people change. She’s also a member of the lead group of an internal community of practice growing OD capability and a coach, offering coaching internally to employees.
For Rachel, OD is at the heart of helping organisations find their own approach to providing amazing work for the future.
