The NTL Global Organisation Development (OD) Certificate Programme is a carefully integrated sequence of six experiential learning modules, designed to provide participants with a thorough knowledge of the underlying principles and theories of OD and help build their capabilities as OD practitioners through increased mastery of ‘use of self.’
The Programme is suited for individuals - e.g. consultants, Human Resources professionals, leaders, managers - who have worked in human systems for a number of years and want to extend their knowledge, skills and confidence through a challenging, integrative learning experience.
The Programme has been in operation for 19 years and enjoys a global reputation for its rigourous approach and excellence in teaching. It benefits from an active and engaged alumni group of over 300 professionals living and working around the world.
We would like nothing better than to welcome you (or someone you know who would benefit from the experience) to our next cohort which starts in 2027.
In addition, we would be pleased to have you join us for single modules, should that suit your needs, interests, and availability. The following ones are upcoming:

- Intervention Strategies and Skills: 10-13 November 2026 (in person at Roffey Park)
- Facilitating and Managing Complex Change: 11-15 January 2027 (online)
- Group Dynamics, Theories, and Process Consultation: 15-19 March 2027 (in person at Roffey Park)
Cost per module is £2500, not including transportation and accommodation costs for the in person modules.
