Intimacy & power: Can we have small company feel AND big company growth & success?
Can we really get the best of both worlds, the feeling of being in a small company and the growth and success that generally comes from being a bigger company?
Through her PhD research Suzanne Lee is exploring Intimacy as the feelings of togetherness, collective spirit and mutual support and Power as the ability to achieve purpose, to access resources and opportunities for self-actualization. When we access these feelings together, the passion and strength of Power and the unity and warmth of Intimacy, something special might emerge. How does it show up? How does it feel? What can we do to manage this tension?
In an interactive session Suzanne will dive into the importance and dynamics of both intimacy and power in the workplace.
