OD Supervision Research with Roffey Park

We're excited to move forward with our OD supervision research, even though we encountered some delays.

To get started, we've created a very brief survey (less than 5 minutes!) to gather initial insights and identify potential participants for further engagement.

Here's why your help matters:

We're aiming to hear from three key groups:

• OD supervisors
• Individuals who have received OD supervision
• Commissioners of OD supervision work

The survey provides a light overview of the research and its goals.

The research process:

Once we have a good number of responses, we'll follow up with one-on-one interviews with key personnel. This will be followed by workshops and focus groups to delve deeper into the topic.
