ODNE Partnership Offer April 2024

In May 2023 we initiated a round of conversations with our supporters with an intent to understand what would make for a more meaningful partnership between ODNE and its supported.
They told us that they wanted more of the following:

• Leveraging our academic partnerships for scholarly/organisational benefits; linking up with local universities and jointly inquiring into areas of OD practice
• Working at the margins of OD on societal issues such as poverty and climate change Collaborating on research into emerging practice
• Working in partnership to leverage place-based OD opportunities with local businesses Jointly hosting public and third sector OD think tanks on emerging organisational issues and trends
• More purposeful, meaningful, regular engagement with our members

At the same time, we took the opportunity to reflect on ODNE’s purpose, strategy, and long term sustainability, and we concluded that our existing supporter model was neither fully aligned nor does it offer our vision of sustainability.

The attached document describes the partnership offer which replaces the previous supporter model. If you're currently a supporter, this is the offer we'll discuss with you when your membership expires.
