Alison has spent her career in Human Resources but her true passion lies in with Organisation Design. With over a decade of experience in this field, she has worked for reputable organizations such as the Department for Work and Pensions and NatWest and has a proven track record of partnering with senior leaders leveraging organisation design to drive transformative change.  She is currently the EODF Country Lead for Scotland.

Alison employs a holistic and collaborative design approach and is praised for her common sense and pragmatic outlook. She takes great pride in sharing her expertise and insights to empower others in their development journey.
