Development programmes don't always get a good write up. High costs and a lack of evidence that they make a difference are causing some to ask what the alternatives might be.

We have been facilitating development programmes for over ten years and in that time have developed a learning approach that puts real work and real impact at the centre of a leader-manager's learning. This approach can be used in traditional-looking programmes and in more bite-sized interventions.

Join this event where Tony Nicholls and Ash Thomas will share Mayvin's approach and invite you to consider your personal leader-manager development needs together with those of your organisation.
